Christians have been advised to live by the commandments of God to gain eternal life.
A cleric, Reverend father Fintan Daly made the call at the Christian wake in honor of a former staffer of FRCN, Ibadan National Station, Mr. Tajudeen Alade.
Reverend Father Daly said though everybody prayed to live long, death was inevitable, hence the need for all to prepare for eternal life by abiding by God’s commandments.
A daughter of the deceased, Oyinkansola Alade said her father lived a purposeful life.
A former colleague to the deceased, Mr. Ademola Afolabi described his death as a rude shock.
Management of Radio Nigeria Ibadan Zonal station, presented a wreath to honor the deceased.
