The association equally went down memory lane, when the seasoned the sports journalist who was equally a former Chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalist, NUJ, Oyo State Council, had organised many football competitions, which resulted in discovery of various talents.

Fawole pointed out that the astute football administrator, who was fondly called B.O., would be missed for his elderly advice and contribution to football development in Nigeria.
