Ekiti State Government Covid-19 taskforce has sealed off some business facilities in Ado for violating Covid-19 rules and regulations
The team led by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Public health Dr. Jimlas Ogunsakin also arrested about ten persons including staff of a new generation bank for not wearing face mask at public places
He argued that the non-compliance with the Covid-19 rules by some business owners was worrisome stressing that government would always ensure enforcement of the guidelines.
Dr. Ogunsakin noted that Government was poised to prevent the second wave of the pandemic, urging the people to comply with measures
He Issued warnings to some business owners, for partial compliance said that the monitoring would be a continuous exercise adding that the team would move from one local government to another.
