Schools In Oyo State Resume For Third Term

Public and Private schools in Oyo state have resumed for their third term in the 2020/2021 academic session.

Our correspondent who monitored the situation reports that students in most schools visited were cleaning their tables and chairs while others were cutting grasses that had grown up in and around the school premises.

Radio Nigeria also observed that some students were observing morning prayers for successful resumption.

During visit to Orogun Grammar School, Ajibode Grammar school and a private school primary school in Agbowo, some of the students cladded in different uniforms expressed joy for reuniting with their colleagues and teachers.

In an interview, two teachers, Mrs Shogelola Damilola and Debora Akanmu said they were well prepared to cover lapses in their teaching methods in the second term for better performance of the students.

Schools in Ibadan went on vacation for second term in on 9^th of April this year.
