Corp members posted to Oyo state have been told to eschew social vices and abuse of social media.
The DG, National Youth Service Corps, Beefier General Shuaibu Ibrahim gave the warning during the swearing in ceremony of the 2021 Batch C stream two corps members in Iseyin.
Speaking through the Oyo state cordinator, of NYSC, Mrs Grace Ogbuegebe, Brigadier General Ibrahim said, corp members should abide by the rules guiding NYSC camping and avail themselves skill acquisition and entrepreneurial development put in place by the scheme.
Brigadier General Ibrahim added that corp members should get themselves vaccinated from and adhere to covid 19 safety measures. The 2,330 corps members posted to Oyo state had earlier been administered oath of allegiance by the Chief Judge of Oyo state Justice Munktar Abimbola who was represented by Justice Iyabo Yerinma.
