General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye has challenged members of the Church to register and vote for their preferred but credible candidates in the 2023 election.

Pastor Adeboye made this known while speaking at the RCCG monthly thanksgiving service in Lagos.

He said it was high time Nigerians changed their perception about voting exercises and perform their civic duties by getting actively involved in election processes.

Pastor Adeboye who distanced himself from supporting any Candidate or any form of partisan politics, encouraged more Christians to join politics.

He cautioned politicians to stop wooing him for their political aspirations, noting that God called him to be a minister in his vineyard, hence his neutrality to all politicians.

While condemning the level of corruption in the country and incessant attack in Kaduna state, The RCCG general overseer urged the congregation to pray for the restoration of peace to the state and Nigeria in general.

Pastor Adeboye however advised people to stop writing negative stories about men of God but focus on how to make the nation a better place.
