Christ Apostolic Church, CAC, Ori Oke Aanu, Ojoo, Ibadan, Oyo State has ordained a new elder and nineteen Deacons and Deaconesses to join the church in propagating the Kingdom of God in the Society.

While ordaining the Appointees during the 14th anniversary and thanksgiving service of the Church, English Assembly, the guest Minister, Adamasingba DCC Superintendent, Pastor Joseph Adigun enjoined the newly appointed Elder, Deacons and Deaconesses to evangelize more to win souls for Christ saying, it is the first commandment of God to the Church.

Ministering on the theme, “Becoming A Productive Branch To God’s Kingdom”, Pastor Adigun admonished them to join hands with the Pastor in Charge of the Church in his quest to move the Church forward to greater heights.

District Superintendent, CAC, Ori-Oke Aanu, Ojoo, Ibadan, Pastor Isaiah Alade popularly known as “Omo Woli” said, the appointment happened at a time the Church needed more spiritual workers for the work of God.

Pastor Alade charged the appointees to continue their services before God with purity, dedication, faithfulness and diligence without looking back.

Responding on behalf of the newly ordained officers, the Elder Sunday OYEBANJI expressed gratitude to God and the Pastor in Charge for being counted worthy, noting that the ordination would further spur them to be more committed to the divine assignment through meaningful contributions to the work in the church and increased passion for evangelism.

Those ordained as Deacons are: John Akintuoye, Samuel Oladapo, Abel Adewola, Sunday Aderinola, John Akinfenwa, Lawrence Ojo, Emmanuel Jegede and Ezekiel Olasore, while the Deaconesses are: Florence Oladejo, Grace Popoola, Mary Oluyole, Juliana Adesogan, Comfort Benjamin, Mary Sadare and Dorcas Akinfenwa.

Others Deaconesses are: Deborah Adepoju, Susan Fakeye, Ruth Oladipupo and Dorcas Oladepo

The Founder of CAC, Ori Oke Aanu Ojoo, Prophet Moses AladeOlu offered prophetic prayers on the ministers and the congregation in general.

The congregation was later led in thanksgiving songs by a gospel music minister, Pastor Abiodun Omoloye and the Choir of CAC Ori Oke Aanu Ojoo, in appreciation to God His faithfulness.
