OYHA Confirms Appointments of Education Trust Fund, SUBEB Chairmen

The Oyo State House of Assembly has approved the appointment of former Oyo State Commissioner for Education, Mr AbdulRahman AbdulRaheem as the Chairman, Oyo State Education Trust Fund.

This is just as the House also confirmed the nomination of Dr. Nureni Adeniran as the Chairman, Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB

The confirmation of the duo followed the presentation of the reports of the House Committee on Education and that of Education, Tertiary Institutions, Science and Technology.

Report of the House Committee on Education, Tertiary Institutions, Science and Technology, read by the Committee Chairman, Mr. Oluwafemi Adebayo Oluwafowokanmi found Mr. AbdulRahman AbdulRaheem worthy of the appointment and hereby recommended him for confirmation by the House.

Likewise, the second report read by the House Committee Chairman on Education, Mr Johnson Ogundele described Dr. Nureni Adeniran as a seasoned administrator who performed excellently well during his tenure as the immediate past Chairman of SUBEB.
