Ekiti State remains open to potential investors who are eager to engage with the state government in productive ventures.

Governor Biodun Oyebanji who emphasized this during a meeting with a delegation of Chinese investors at his office in Ado Ekiti, said the state is one of the safest regions, meeting all criteria for transparency and accountability, which are crucial for any investment.

The governor assured that the government is committed to its responsibilities towards investors through the implementation of a robust regulatory framework to facilitate business operations in the state.

Governor Oyebanji expressed Ekiti State’s readiness to collaborate with Chinese investors in the fields of agriculture and technology, just as he invited them to explore opportunities in the state’s Special Agricultural Processing Zone, supported by the African Development Bank (ADB), for mutual economic benefits.

The leader of the Chinese investors, Mr Leo He, said the leader of the Chinese delegation, identified Ekiti State as a prime investment destination after conducting fact-finding visits to several key investment-friendly areas in the state.
