As the National protest enters the sixth day, commercial activities have picked its full gear in the state capital.
Commercial outlets, Banks and markets within the metropolis all opened for business, while the road which was deserted on the first day now busy with pedestrians and vehicular movements.
Meanwhile, a few residents were seen converged at the University of Ibadan main gate, singing and chatting solidarity songs with placards in their hands, seeking the government’s urgent action on the hardship being faced by the citizens
The protest with the harsh tag #EndBadGovernance and #EndHunger, keenly supervised by the men of the Nigeria Police Force to forestall the breakdown of law and order, was peaceful and devoid of road blockage in the axis.
