As Osun State marks its 33 Anniversary, the speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, OSHA, Prince Adewale Egbedun has lauded the past leaders who have guided the State through challenges and triumphs.

Prince Egbedun in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Olamide Tiamiyu, said thirty-three years ago, the founding fathers brought forth a new state, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men and women are created equal.

Prince Adewale Egbedun said, “Thirty-three years ago, our founding fathers brought forth on this continent, a new state, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men and women are created equal”.

He emphasized that it is the collective of all and sundry to build upon the foundation laid by the founding fathers, past leaders, and the present governor.

The speaker commended the present administration led by, Senator Ademola Adeleke given the ongoing massive infrastructural developments, and investment in education and healthcare.

“But as we honour the past, we also look to the future. Under the leadership of His excellency, Senator Ademola Adeleke, we see a renewed spirit of progress and development” the speaker added.

Prince Egbedun urged indigenes and residents to support the present administration and rededicate themselves to building a brighter future for Osun State.
