Philanthropists and other non-governmental organizations, NGOs, in the country have been advised to have mercy on the poor and the less-privileged in the society.

A woman who has difficulty in walking, Mrs Titilayo Oladepo stated this today while she was being presented with a wheelchair at Amuludun 99.1FM, donated by Oruko Jesu Heart Caring Foundation and Oruko Jesu Building Materials.

Mrs Oladepo thanked the presenter of the programme, “Ko Ma Lo Be”, Mr Ayomide Olatunji, the philanthropists, who donated the wheelchair and the General Manager of Amuludun 99.1fm, Reverend Niyi Dahunsi for the gift.

Mrs Oladepo however prayed to God to continue to bless philanthropists in the country.

The presenter of the programme, “Ko Ma Lo Be”, Mr Ayomide Olatunji expressed appreciation to those who have been responding to the needs of the needy on the programme.

Mr Olatunji enjoined the privileged in the society to continue to wipe away the tears of the less-privileged.

In his remarks, the General Manager of Amuludun 99.1FM, Reverend Niyi Dahunsi emphasised on the need to assist the needy.
