The Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Burutu-Otuaro, has picked his Nomination form to contest in the governorship primaries under the People’s Democratic Party, promising the populace a swirl time if given the mandate.
Deacon Burutu-Otuaro stated this at the National Secretariat of the PDP in Abuja, after picking the forms including the Expression of Interest form to participate in the Delta State PDP gubernatorial primaries.
Mr. Otuaro noted that getting the forms signaled his preparedness not only to contest the elections, but was optimistic about his chances of emerging as the PDP Governorship flag bearer at the primaries slated for the month of May this year.
The Deputy Governor promised to embark on reforms that would improve both the social and economic situation of residents of the state.
Mr. Kingsley Otuaro shortly after acquiring the Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms visited former President Goodluck Jonathan, an elder statesman Chief Edwin Clerk and former Governor of Delta State James Ibori, at their private residence to intimate them of his ambition.
