ODHA Screens Adelami as Ondo Deputy Gov. Thursday

The Ondo State House of Assembly is to screen Chief Olayide Owolabi Adelami as deputy governor of Ondo State on Thursday, 25th, January, 2024.

Radio Nigeria gathered that the screening will commence at nine O clock in the morning.

The Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan who confirmed the news to Radio Nigeria said Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa nominated the former Clerk of the National Assembly and already sent his name to the house of assembly for ratification.

Adelami is a kinsman of late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu from Owo local government area and a former governorship aspirant of the APC in the 2020 election.

Radio Nigeria reports that this is coming few hours after Governor Aiyedatiwa dissolved the State Executive Council.
