The Public Hearing on the Osun State Kidnapping and other Related Crimes Prohibition Bill 2020 was held with a call for the death penalty for kidnappers.
Some of the speakers at the public hearing also called for compensation for victims of kidnapping and rape as well as restitution of ransom paid by families of the kidnapped whether released alive or dead.
