We have things in place to fight Coronavirus – Dr Ehanire

Minister for Health, Dr Osagie Ehanire says, sufficient facilities have been provided to tackle Covid-19 in the country.

Dr Ehanire made the submission in Abuja during an update on coronavirus.

The minister of Health who said that all Primary Healthcare Centres had been equipped to prevent the further spread of the disease, advised Nigerians to avail themselves on the information of Covid-19.

Some of the stakeholders at the conference, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, minister of state for Health, Dr Olorunnibe Mamoora said preventive and curative measures had been put in place nationwide to quell the spread of the disease. 

Earlier, the World Health Organisation, WHO, had commended the efforts of the federal government on the prompt steps taken to tackle the outbreak of coronavirus, now Covid-19 in the country.
