Reactions Trail Adeleke’s Victory at Osun Poll

Reactions have continued to trail the emergence of Senator Ademola Adeleke as the winner of Osun State Governiship election.

Speaking with Gold FM, a Public Affairs Commentator, Mr Tunji Olanipekun described the result as the the victory for democracy.

According to him, It’s a true reflection of people’s wish noting that introduction of Bi-modal Voters Accreditation System, BIVAS by the electoral body really worked for credible election.

Also speaking, a civil servant, Mrs Tunrayo said though Governor Oyetola was good but the policies of governent at the centre influenced voter decision at the poll.

Another respondent, Mr Tunde Ajayi. condemned the alleged attack on some APC loyalists and supporters calling on the governor-elect and his party to calm their supporters.

While calling on the winner to be magnanimous in victory, he emphasized the need for the losers to put on sportsman spirit.
