Team of Policemen in Ibarapa, in collaboration with Vigilante Group, VGN, opened fire at one another in the early hours of Wednesday around 4.00 am.
During the struggle to make arrest, one kidnapper was killed while the leader of Igboora VGN, named Tajudeen Ayanwale, a.k.a “Araba” was also killed by the Kidnappers.
The corpse of both as at the time of filing this report are lying at Igboora Police station. The Igboora D.P.O and other security agents are currently busy in search of others and not ready to attend to the Press.
