The All Saints’ Church School, Jericho Ibadan has begun a weeklong activities to mark the 60th anniversary of the school.

Reeling out the activities at a press conference heralding the diamond anniversary week, chairperson of the school’s governing board, Mrs Bunmi Denton said the programme of events continue this morning with a symposium with the theme ” The Role of the Church in Education, Past, Present and Future” at 11 O’ clock.

She said the school will tomorrow hold a cultural day at 10 o clock in the morning while an inter school’s speech contest would be organised for five schools within Ibadan on Thursday this week.

According to Mrs Denton, a novelty match has been scheduled for Friday this week while the grand finale would hold on Saturday with founders day luncheon and award.

She said All Saint’s Church school has over the years become the best choice for parents because of its unique features of quality education, value system and spacious environment conducive for teaching and learning.

Also speaking, the Chaplain, All Saints’ Church School, Ibadan, Venerable Oladipupo Ajomale, maintained that the church will continue to spiritually support its students to help them live meaningful lives.
