Bank customers in Ibadan, Oyo state have lamented the difficulties experienced at different banks in the metropolis.

Speaking with Radio Nigeria, some customers who were at the banks for different transactions said that social and physical distancing rules were not observed as people pushed each other to enter banking halls.

One of them, Mr Kofoworola Adesoji, who said that he came to make some payment in the bank was disappointed at the long queue.

Others appealed to the government to find means of giving proper directives to the bank officials, in order to curb the spread of covid-19, for the good of both the customers and the bank officials.

They however urged banks to ensure their machines function adequately to reduce long queues at the bank entrance.
