As part of measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 among states, the Federal government placed a ban on inter-state movement with an exception for those on essential services and vehicles conveying essential items including food, water, petroleum products and beverages.
Despite the restriction, these category of road users face serious challenge daily in moving the products from one location to the other.
